We are so pleased with Judge Green's decision to approve our Motion to Intervene, heard on April 11, 2019.
This enables Florida Beaches for All to become a party in the lawsuit as per Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. FBFA will now formally be noticed as such during the judicial process and have a chance to make our argument for CU directly to the Court. Stay tuned as the County moves to restore Customary Use to Walton County beaches.
